Preparation: Ingredients should be at room temperature. For one serving: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of mix and beat with a mixer. Then, let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least an hour. Beat 150 g of unsalted butter (cream) for about 5 minutes until creamy. Add a portion of the mixture to the butter and beat until the mixture is fully absorbed before adding the next portion.
