NOVAPAST it is the online store belonging to NOVAPAST, with registered office at Polígono Industrial Los Caños, Calle La Ventosilla, 38, 41804 Olivares (Seville), phone 955 293 269, and contact email pedidos@novapast.com. Carefully read this document and print a copy of it if you wish for future reference.

Placing an order to NOVAPAST it is assumed that you have read and accepted the purchase conditions. The shipment of your order is subject to the acceptance of it by NOVAPAST.

Your use of the site is entirely conditioned upon your understanding of the Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time, but you will always find the most recent version here.

These terms and conditions, along with your Order confirmation, constitute the contract between our company and you and imply acceptance of the purchase conditions. To place an order, the buyer must be at least 18 years old.

This website and all rights to its content, including images, texts, and design, are owned by NOVAPAST. "Unless explicitly authorized by" NOVAPAST, you cannot reproduce, transmit, or exploit the content of this website in any way.

Price variations

The prices we show, unless there is a typographical error, are valid at the time of placing your order, are subject to the current VAT, and are expressed in EUROS. We offer you four methods to place your order:

The online store orders will be confirmed by email and/or by phone.

NOVAPAST sends its orders through a shipping agency. The shipping costs will be provided to you at the time you process your order. The usual delivery time, unless otherwise specified, is 2 business days from when your order leaves our warehouses. The time from when you place your order to when it leaves our warehouses varies. Normally, orders are dispatched the day after they are received (except on weekends and holidays). Please note that shipments are dispatched early in the afternoon, so orders received after midday are sent in the following day's shipment as long as the product is indicated as available on our website. For custom orders or quantities exceeding those available of discontinued pieces and series remnants, production and delivery times will be resolved at the time of ordering. The delivery time of the product depends on the transport company, which is outside NOVAPAST's control; the standard delivery time is 48 hours as long as the products are available. You can confirm product availability via email at orders@novapast.com or at the phone number 955 293 269.

NOVAPAST will not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by the courier company or the client themselves, for example, when the client is not at home or has specified an invalid delivery address. In these cases, the transport agency usually arranges a valid delivery by first contacting the client and agreeing on a new delivery. If this new delivery incurs additional costs, they will be borne by the client.

Offers valid except for typographical errors or stock shortages.

The products we offer are available immediately for a limited number of units to meet the expected demand. If a longer delivery time than usual that we offer you is not suitable, or if the option to exchange one item for another of equal or greater value in the event of a stock shortage does not satisfy you, we will proceed to refund your payment via bank transfer or return to your card. Despite our efforts to avoid errors in details, technical data, or prices, there may be incorrect information: we apologize for this and reserve the right not to deliver a product if these circumstances occur.

Versions or colors

The product images displayed on the website are standard and may not exactly match the color of the product we deliver. If you have a preference for a specific color, please indicate it in the order remarks and confirm the availability of the material in that color in advance by calling 955 293 269. Please note that the measurements can vary up to 1 centimeter in size, and the colors may undergo approximate variations.

How to buy on NOVAPAST

- To purchase at NOVAPAST, it is necessary to register as a customer (registered user) and log in with a username and password.

- Once you have logged in as a registered user, you will be able to select the products you desire. Each of them is followed by a cart icon. By clicking on it, you will add the product to your shopping cart. Select the product and choose the number of units and the variation if available.

- After adding the desired products to your cart, you must include your billing and shipping information in our form. If the billing and shipping addresses are not the same, you must let us know.

- Once these steps are completed, you can proceed to pay for your purchase by clicking on "Place Order." We will then connect you to the payment platform of our trusted bank, where you will need to fill in the requested information. After you have done this, you will be redirected back to NOVAPAST.

- After successfully making your payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. After the delivery period, you will receive your order at the specified address.

- You should know that we do not exchange or refund the money if:

---- If the period of 7 calendar days since you received the package has been exceeded.

---- If the article has been used.

---- If you have not followed the product care instructions correctly.

Return policy

At NOVAPAST, we care deeply about our customers' satisfaction. Therefore, you have a period of 7 calendar days from the time you receive your order to return or exchange items that do not interest you or that you are not satisfied with, thus exercising your right of withdrawal. Within your order, you will find the corresponding shipping form, in which you must specify the items you are returning, the reasons for the return, and if applicable, the item(s) you want in exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns of our items with postage due. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the expenses incurred by the return.

All items you intend to return must not have been used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories, if applicable, along with the invoice that was sent to you. NOVAPAST only sells quality products, therefore they are subjected to quality controls. If you decide to return one or more products, once we have them in our possession, they will be examined to ensure they have not been used or damaged and meet the previously established conditions. In such cases, a refund will be processed, with you responsible for the shipping costs.

In case of a return, the amount of your purchase will be refunded to you, with the reimbursement being made via a bank transfer or to your initial payment method. To do this, you must provide us with an account number, or through a nominal bank check, which will be sent certified to the billing address you provided in your order.

At the moment NOVAPAST verifies that all the aforementioned conditions have been met, we will proceed to send you an email informing you about the acceptance of the return. From that date, within 15 business days, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase, excluding any incurred expenses.

If your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, NOVAPAST will contact you to offer the option to return the items that were not accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of these items, fees, or customs duties, will be your responsibility. If you do not accept this option, NOVAPAST may keep the items and their amount.
