NOVAPAST is the online store belonging to NOVAPAST, with registered office at Polígono Industrial Los Caños, Calle La Ventosilla, 38, 41804 Olivares (Seville), phone number 955 293 269, and contact email pedidos@novapast.com. Carefully read this document and print a copy of it if you wish for future reference.
Placing an order to NOVAPAST it is assumed that you have read and accepted the purchase conditions. The shipping of your order is subject to the acceptance of this by NOVAPAST.
Your use of the site is entirely conditioned upon your understanding of the Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time, but you will always find the most recent version here.
These terms and conditions, along with your Order confirmation, constitute the contract between our company and you and imply acceptance of the purchase conditions. To place an order, the buyer must be at least 18 years old.
This website and all rights to its content, images, texts, and design are owned by NOVAPAST. "Unless explicitly authorized by" NOVAPAST, you may not reproduce, transmit, or exploit the content of this website in any way.
Price variations
The prices we show, except for typographical errors, are valid at the time of placing your order, are subject to the current VAT, and are expressed in EUROS. We provide you with four methods to place your order:

The online store orders will be confirmed by email and/or by phone.
NOVAPAST ships its orders through a transportation agency. The shipping costs will be provided to you at the time you process your order. The usual delivery time, unless something else is specified, is 2 business days from when your order leaves our warehouses. The time that elapses from when you place your order until it leaves our warehouses is variable. Normally, orders are shipped the day after they are received (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that shipments are sent out early in the afternoon, so orders received after noon are dispatched the following day, provided the product is listed as available on our website. For custom orders or quantities exceeding the existing stock of discontinued pieces and series remnants, production and delivery times will be determined at the time of placing the order. The delivery time of the product depends on the transportation company, which is not associated with NOVAPAST, and the standard delivery time is 48 hours as long as the products are available. NOVAPAST will not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by the courier company or the client themselves, for example, when the client is not at the address or has provided an invalid delivery address. In these cases, the transport agency usually arranges a valid delivery by first contacting the client and agreeing on a new delivery. If this new delivery incurs additional costs, they will be borne by the client.
Offers valid except for typographical errors or out of stock items.
The products we offer have immediate availability for a limited number of units to meet the expected demand. If you are not agreeable to a delivery time longer than usual that we offer, or if you are not satisfied with the option of exchanging an item for another of equal or greater value in the event of a stock shortage, we would proceed to refund your payment via bank transfer or card refund. Despite our efforts to avoid errors in details, technical data, or prices, inaccuracies may occur: we apologize for this and reserve the right not to supply a product if these circumstances arise.
Versions or colors
The product images displayed on the website are standard and may not exactly match the color of the item we deliver. If you have a preference for a specific color, please indicate it in the order notes and confirm the availability of the material in that color in advance by calling 955 293 269. Please note that sizes may vary by up to 1 centimeter, and colors may experience approximate variations.
How to buy at NOVAPAST
- To purchase on NOVAPAST, it is necessary to register as a customer (registered user) and log in with a username and password.
- Once you have logged in as a registered user, you can select the products you want. Each of them is followed by a cart icon. By clicking on it, you will add that product to your shopping cart. Select the product and choose the number of units and the variation if it has one.
- After adding the desired products to your cart, you must include your billing and shipping information in our form. If the billing and shipping addresses are not the same, you must let us know.
- Once these steps are completed, you can proceed to make the payment for your purchase by clicking on "Place Order." Next, we will connect you with the payment platform of our trusted bank, where you will need to fill in the requested information. Once you have done this, you will be redirected back to NOVAPAST.
- After successfully completing your payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once the delivery period has passed, you will receive your order at the specified address.
- You should know that we do not exchange or refund money if:
---- If the period of 7 calendar days since you received the package has been exceeded.
---- If the article has been used.
---- If you have not followed the product care instructions correctly.
Return policy
At NOVAPAST, we are very concerned about our customers' satisfaction, which is why you have a period of 7 calendar days from the time you receive your order to return or exchange items that you are not interested in or do not find satisfactory, thereby exercising your right of withdrawal. Within your order, you will find the corresponding shipping form, where you must specify the items you are returning and the reasons for the return, and if applicable, the item(s) you want in exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns of our items with postage due. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the costs incurred for the return.
All items you intend to return must not have been used or damaged, and they must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories, if applicable, and with the invoice that was sent to you. NOVAPAST only sells quality products, which are subject to quality controls. Therefore, if you decide to return one or more products, once we have them in our possession, they will be examined to ensure they have not been used or damaged and meet the previously established conditions. In that case, a refund will be processed, with the shipping costs always being your responsibility.
In the case of a return, the amount of your purchase will be refunded to you. The refund will be made via a bank transfer or to your original payment method, for which you must provide us with an account number, or through a nominal bank check, which will be sent certified to the billing address you provided in your order.

At the moment NOVAPAST verifies that all the aforementioned conditions have been met, we will proceed to send you an email informing you about the acceptance of the return. From that date, within 15 business days, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount, excluding the incurred expenses.
If your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, NOVAPAST will contact you to offer the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All costs incurred from this return, including the transportation of these items, customs fees, or taxes, will be your responsibility. If you do not accept this option, NOVAPAST may keep the items and their amount.
