Claraval® is a dried egg white and sugar blend that replaces fresh egg whites, especially in the preparation of meringues and batters, with all the safety and confidence that fresh whites provide. The egg whites are 100% natural and have been dehydrated to prevent microbiological contamination and pathogenic elements. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND DOSAGE: 1) Dissolve the contents of the Claraval® packet in 125cc of water. This is approximately equivalent to 5 egg whites. 2) Beat on high speed until the mixture gains some consistency. 3) Once the desired consistency is achieved, incorporate the syrup that should have been prepared beforehand. 4) After incorporating the entire syrup, continue beating on high speed for about a couple of minutes. SYRUP PREPARATION: Mix 300 grams of sugar with approximately 95 cc. of water and bring it to a boil.
