This is approximately equivalent to 5 egg whites. 2) Beat on high speed until the mixture gains some consistency. 3) Once the desired consistency is achieved, incorporate the syrup that should have been prepared beforehand. 4) After incorporating the entire syrup, continue beating on high speed for about a couple of minutes. SYRUP PREPARATION: Mix 300 grams of sugar with approximately 95 cc. of water and bring it to a boil.
