The Deco Melts are not made from real chocolate, but they taste like creamy white chocolate.

Due to temperature differences, the Deco Melts may melt or acquire a whitish layer (fat bloom) during transport and storage. We assure you that this does not affect the use and/or result of the product. After the melting process, the white layer will disappear, they will function and taste as expected.

Briefly melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie and pour into the desired shape.

Perfect for making sweets, lollipops, and cakes. Or dip cupcakes and cookies into the melted mass.

Melt in the microwave or bain-marie. For microwave: Melt at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melted mass is almost completely melted (small pieces of the melted mass are still visible). Continue stirring until the melts are smooth and completely melted and process as desired. Harden in the refrigerator (10-15 min.). For a thinner result, add a few drops of vegetable oil.

The FunCakes fondant bar (for rolling out) with vanilla flavor is extremely flexible, smooth, and easy to use, thanks to its fine structure and malleability. It stays soft for quite a while, which means it doesn't harden during processing. Once dry, the top layer hardens by contact with air. For kneading, for every 250 grams, you can add 1 heaping teaspoon of tylose (CMC) and, if necessary, a bit of moisturizer. The FunCakes fondant bar (for rolling out) is available in many beautiful colors.

For a round cake of 24/26 cm in diameter, you will need about 500 grams to completely cover the cake.

The Orange sugar paste has a delicious vanilla flavor. It is perfect for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before using and roll it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use the sugar paste for modeling or creating different shapes and designs. It can be colored with food colorings. Allow the fondant to rest for an hour after coloring it (covered) for best results. Knead the sugar paste again before continuing to work with it. To cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant.

FunCakes Vanilla-flavored sugar paste, very flexible, smooth, and easy to use due to its fine structure. The fondant is soft, flexible, and hardens completely after preparation.

Preparation: The following process is recommended for optimal results: Allow the sugar paste to reach room temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is soft and elastic. Sprinkle the workspace with a little powdered sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to achieve an even shape (2-3 mm thickness). Rotate the sugar paste a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Do small cracks still appear on the edges when rolling out the fondant? Knead firmly again until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready to be used.
