Customer Loyalty Program
Customers of Novapast have access to the loyalty program. With each purchase, users earn loyalty points, which they can convert into discounts for their next purchase once they reach the target.
Points are earned automatically, and the user does not need to take any additional action. Upon completing the purchase and receiving the order, they will earn points for the purchase and can check the number of points they have in their My Account section.
How many points are earned per purchase?
For every euro spent in the order, you will earn one point. That is: 1€ equals 1 point.
When can I convert my points into a discount?
Discounts can be obtained upon reaching a minimum of 100 points.
How much is the discount coupon for my next purchase?
On your next purchase of 50€, you can apply the loyalty coupon. With 100 loyalty points, you can redeem a 3€ discount on the purchase.
Do loyalty points and loyalty coupons expire?
Yes, but you will have a full year to enjoy both.
