It stays soft for quite a while, which means it doesn't harden during processing. Once dry, the top layer hardens by contact with air. For kneading, for every 250 grams, you can add 1 heaping teaspoon of tylose (CMC) and, if necessary, a bit of moisturizer. The FunCakes fondant bar (for rolling out) is available in many beautiful colors.

For a round cake of 24/26 cm in diameter, you will need about 500 grams to completely cover the cake.
