Excellent concentrated paste colorant by Sugarflair that gives fondant and marzipan beautiful natural colors.
Instructions: Add small amounts by applying the paste with a clean toothpick or something similar, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant reaches the desired color. Add more color to the paste to give it more intensity.
Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin (E422), mono propylene glycol (E1520), silicon dioxide (E551), water, colorants (E133, E122). Gluten-free.
It is suitable for all water-based foods.
