With this concentrated red colorant from Wilton, you can give your buttercream, marzipan, fondant, gum paste, icing, dough, cookie dough, and much more the desired color. The Wilton Icing Color Red Red is a perfect paste colorant for cake decorating. The colorants can also be mixed to create the color you desire. You can color two pieces of fondant, one of each color, and mix them.

Instructions for use: Use a toothpick to take a little colorant from the jar. Use a clean toothpick each time more colorant is added and wipe it on the marzipan or fondant. To achieve a more intense color, simply add more colorant. Knead well to obtain a uniform color; knead less to achieve a marbled effect. Ensure that the colorant remains in the center of the dough to prevent hands from being stained with colorant. Wash hands with warm water and soap to clean the colorant off them.
