The Katy Sue cast iron alphabet contains cool letters in the style of medieval chiselled iron. Perfect for fantasy-themed cakes and pastries, knights, and dragons. The finely detailed design of the mold guarantees a perfect result every time.

The mold is very easy to use and can be used with fondant, flower paste, modeling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, and caramel. Additionally, you can also use the mold for art projects. It can be used with cold porcelain, salt dough, clay, etc. It is preferable to use the mold for food work or art projects, not both.

Instructions: Fill the mold with fondant without filling it completely. Remove the excess fondant until you can see the outline of the design. Turn it over and gently extract the figure. Dust with a little cornstarch to make it easy to remove.

Wash and dry the mold before use. The mold withstands high oven temperatures (200 °C /392 °F) and is dishwasher safe.
