The Rainbow Baby Blue ProGel Concentrated Color is a highly concentrated dye that will become the new standard for food coloring! Only a very small amount of ProGel is needed to give a rich, deep color to your creations, meaning the tubes last a long time. Just add a small amount to your fondant, buttercream, or marzipan and watch it transform into the color you want.

Each gel is packaged in a color-coordinated plastic tube that is easy to clean. The tubes have a seal under the screw cap that prevents leakage before its first use. Simply remove the seal and squeeze a little to get the gel out of the tube. You won't have any mess inside your coloring box, and there will be no more coloring stains!

Instructions for use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead until the colors blend. Knead well until the desired color is achieved. Now, the colored sugar paste or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The recommended amount is 3 grams per kilo of prepared product.
